This project occurred in two phases. First, the new restroom was constructed in an existing common area adjacent to the old, existing restroom. Once the new restroom was completed and open, the old restroom was demolished and the area converted into a new common space. This project challenged us by working in tight crawl spaces, and assembling the central countertop space. The metal work to support the countertop was intricate, and produced a beautiful result.
