Added a small, single-use restroom within an existing copy room space. The new restroom received tile floors and walls, and the copy area was refreshed with new millwork cabinets and countertop. The biggest challenge on this project was locating the existing plumbing structure and finding a suitable place to tie the new restroom into it.
