This project involved removing and replacing the existing (likely original) partition, including its motor and track system, and installing a new motorized partition. New structural pieces were installed to accommodate the new partition door. The space also received new LVT flooring with game lines cut in. New soffit was framed around the top of the partition door and finished with paint and acoustical ceiling grid and tile.
